Richmond Dickson, LMT
Richmond C. Dickson is licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to practice Massage Therapy. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Alternative Medicine, and has been formally trained in Myofascial Therapy and Structural Integration, which he has been practicing professionally for over 20 years. Richmond has been teaching Yoga, Musculo-Skeletal Anatomy and Kinesiology since 2004, and he has developed yoga-based protocols to provide balance to the body by offering a contrast to the tissue-shortening patterns of typical weight-based workouts and exercises.
Richmond studies Hatha Yoga with Shandor Remete and Emma Balnaves, and he completed a formal course of study in Ayurvedic Medicine at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. His approach to manual therapies and yoga grows from an interest in the potential therapeutic benefits that arise from the proper use of standing, sitting, folding, breathing, and simple meditation practices, as well as observing the impacts of diet and lifestyle choices in day to day life. His teaching focuses on the subtle shifts that take place in the body’s posture and alignment as one's awareness is moved from one place to another, while maintaining a consistent central point of balance.
If you have acute or chronic pain that you have been unable to find solutions for, Richmond has had a relatively high rate of success working with all of the common, and many of the not-so-common pain conditions that arise in the human experience. Click here if you'd like to schedule a consult or appointment today. If you are interested in a non-willful approach to yoga and are interested in studying with Richmond and/or his teachers, go to the yoga page for more information.

Erin Lathers, LMT
As both a giver and receiver of massage, I have learned that compassionate touch is a powerful tool. Therapeutic massage offers relief and healing that go beyond our muscles and bones. As a licensed massage therapist, I tailor each session to address the client’s specific needs and requests. By asking questions and tuning into body language, posture and movement, I focus on addressing the root cause of my client’s tension and pain. My practice integrates traditional massage and myofascial techniques. I work with the deeper layers of fascia, using slow, sustained pressure to release tension and restriction, reduce chronic pain and soreness, improve range of motion, facilitate injury recovery and restore systemic balance.
Tatiana-Hannah Shlepakov, LMT
Tatiana-Hannah Shlepakov is passionate about the body's innate ability to heal through therapeutic movement and touch. Her interest in massage therapy spawned from a profound curiosity about how the body works, and how holistic practices can support recovery and improve mobility. She received her entry-level training and from The New England School of Therapeutics, and has since continued her study in a variety of holistic healing modalities.
Specializing in myofascial therapy and relaxation massage, Tatiana also offers prenatal massage, orthopedic cupping, and facilitated stretching.
While in massage school, Tatiana completed a training in the use of SCENAR, which stands for "Self-Controlled Energo-Neuro-Adaptive Regulator." This non-invasive medical device uses electrical impulses to establish a biofeedback loop through the skin which stimulates the release of neuropeptides, which help alleviate pain and promote healing.
Tatiana takes a personalized approach to every session, and supports a wide range of clients - from those looking for stress relief, to individuals managing chronic conditions. Having navigated her own health journey with holistic care, Tatiana brings both empathy and experience to her practice. She believes massage therapy is not only a powerful tool for easing physical discomfort like muscle pain, stiffness, and limited range of motion, but also for supporting emotional health and well-being.
Outside of the treatment room, Tatiana-Hannah enjoys practicing Qigong, exploring different breath work techniques, cooking, gardening, and laughing yoga.

Benjamin Sanford, LMT
Hello, my name is Ben, and I am here to help you heal. As someone who has worked in the service industry as a bartender and server, I am fully in tune with the wear-and-tear of long work hours and the daily grind of life. Having lived with pain for many years, I am slowly learning that I don't have to accept that and, in fact, there are some basic and rather accessible ways to mitigate and relieve that pain.
I am happy to accommodate your busy schedule by offering a 60 minute Targeted Therapeutic massage session that focuses on specific areas of need that you are most interested in having addressed. In addition, if you have a little more time to give to your wellness and you are looking for a more comprehensive massage treatment, I also offer a Slow and Methodical 90 minute full-body massage. This longer treatment is, perhaps, my specialty as it gives me more time to address the many relationships in your body and, most importantly, gives you more time to relax and heal.

Deeply attuned, somatically aware, and structurally focused. I specialize in intuitive, myofascial-based massage that blends deep tissue techniques with calm, grounded presence. My sessions are slow, adaptive, and rooted in both structural and nervous system support - designed to help you release pain, restore balance, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and restorative.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, including professional athletes, older adults, and those navigating injuries, chronic pain and tension, postural patterns, or emotional holding in the body. My approach holds space for subtle energetic and somatic shifts that can arise when the body is met with deep listening and care.
Every session is customized, and every body has its own story. You don’t need to show up any certain way. Just come as you are, and we’ll begin from there.
